Presents an organizational diagnosis of the psychiatric teams of Level 2 in the Israeli Defense Force Medical Corps carried out after the Lebanon war. Level 2 units are for those soldiers at the front line who do not respond to Level 1 treatment (relatively simple cases of battle fatigue treated by regular medical personnel). An intervention to create better working teams is also described.
