In this matter, after the terrorist events that occurred in the nineties, Algeria has set up legislation that gives indemnities to the victims of terrorism. What about psychological disorders and their reparations? When studying these legislative texts, we noticed a lot of lacks and gaps and above all paradoxes which may lead to harmful situations for the victims of psychotraumA full recognition of psychotrauma itself without any link with body disorders is necessary. Its evaluation and reparation need to elaborate additional legislative tools.
