This letter comments on the paper by N. Qureshi et al (see record 2001-10164-006) which studied the adequacy of information in the psychiatric referral letters that were originated from primary health care center and general hospitals. The current author remarks on the misleading title, point out that very similar material have been presented and discussed in a previous publication by the same authors, and reports an error contained in the reference section of this paper.
