SUMMARY :Some people are suffering from compulsive behavior and impulsivity which manifested by substance use, gambling and sex addiction. The sex addiction or compulsive sexual behavior has called hyper sexuality (huperphilis, hypereoticism, hyperlibido hyperaesthesia) erotomania, nymphomania, satyriasis .. etc. Patients’s who is suffering from CSB « Compulsive sexual behavior » their sexual obsessions and compulsive interfering with daily functioning or be accompanied by a variety of medical, moral, legal and social problems. The compulsive sexual behavior is defined as behavior driven by anxiety reduction mechanisms rather than by sexual desire. There are many manifestations of compulsive sexual behavior, which can be subsumed under two basic thapes : paraphilic and non paraphylic compulsive sexual behavior, it’s important to be able to assess for compulsive sexual behavior and to refer to appropriate treatment psychologically and medically.
