The most frequent symptoms of schizophrenia in Lybia are described and compared with symptoms of schizophrenia in Great Britain. The phenomenon of pseudoneologisms is explained. It was found that symptoms of primary importance after K. Schneider are applicable only to a small part of schizophrenias and then almost only to schizophrenics of the Chado-Hamitic Negroid tribes.
