Presents a case study of a 33-yr-old Jewish Moroccan man displaying 2 types of delusional misidentification: Fregoli variant and intermetamorphosis. The case has 2 interesting aspects: (1) intermetamorphosis occurred in the S himself, rather than in another person, and (2) the intermetamorphosis was only psychological and not physical. S improved after treatment with trifluoperazine.
