We debate, in this work, the scolar problem of pupil and student epilepsy, about a series case report of 100 out patients of our service (Psychiatry B Teaching Hospital - Sfax - Tunisia). Scolar difficulties affect 72% and were dominated by stay down and definitive failure. The presence and severity of scolar disorders seems to depend on epilepsy type, age of onset seizures and balancing epilepsy. Mental disorders, poorness family, and undercomprehending teacher, appear to be precipating factors. It results that the therapeutic follow-up must be multidisciplinary.
