The traditional care given to mental patients in Morocco is an everyday reality to MDs. The possibilities of this care are numerous (marabout, traditional healer, talisman...) The authors describe a place for traditional healing in Casablanca located in a building. They insist on the evolution of this traditional model of treatment in relationship with economical and social changes in Morocco.
