Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) has been shown to be effective for reducing stress, anxiety and depression in thousands of scientific trials.

As the whole world is faced with the COVID-19 Pandemic, which causes a great deal of worry, fear and distress. It is essential that we protect ourselves by staying safe and offer help to those in need by all means available.

In these unprecedented times, the World Confederation of Cognitive and Behavioural Therapies (WCCBT), a global alliance of CBT organizations, has joined CBT researchers from around the globe and provided their advice for coping and a list of internet CBT programs, websites, and self-help books available online for children and adults.
