Rapid Assessment of Mental Health and Psychosocial Needs of Affected Women and Youth
Date: 7 March 2007As part of its strategy in the post-war period to address the mental health needs of the community, IDRAAC has undertaken a project with the support of the United Nations Fund for Population Activities (UNFPA) titled “Rapid Assessment of Mental Health and Psychosocial Needs of Affected Women and Youth”. This project aimed at completing an in-depth assessment of the psychosocial and mental health needs of women and female youth in war-affected regions in South Lebanon and the Beirut South Suburbs for the purpose of making long term recommendations for interventions.
